About Speak Act Move

Empowering young performers to find their voice, build confidence, and shine on stage since 2011.

Our Mission

At Speak, Act, Move, our mission is to inspire confidence, creativity, and clear communication in every student. We believe that with the right guidance, encouragement, and training, every individual can develop the skills to express themselves with confidence both on stage and in everyday life.

Our approach goes beyond examinations, focusing on building self-belief, resilience, and articulate communication that supports students in all areas of life.

Our Founder – Tina

Tina’s journey in the performing arts began at the age of five, where a love of drama and dance quickly grew into a lifelong passion. She trained at Masters Performing Arts College and Barking
College, gaining extensive qualifications including a Diploma in Performing Arts, Associate ISTD, and multiple LAMDA distinctions.

Her dedication and talent were recognised through awards such as Best Supporting Actress at the Thurrock Drama Festival and the Derek Hartley Tap Award. Tina went on to perform internationally
with P&O Cruises and Carnival Cruise Lines, alongside a wide range of professional work in the UK, including television, live
performances, and pantomimes. She also proudly performed in the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.

With over eight years of experience teaching LAMDA locally and at Felsted School, Tina has guided hundreds of students from entry level through to Grade 8 achieving consistently outstanding results, even 100/100. In 2011, she founded OD Theatre School, creating a nurturing environment where students could develop across dance, drama, and singing. Today, Speak, Act, Move continues that ethos, offering expert LAMDA tuition that equips students with performance skills, confidence, and communication abilities for life.

In-person lessons are 60 minutes in duration. Online lessons are
available in 15- or 30-minute sessions, depending on the student’s individual needs, level, and focus.
