Although classes are run in small groups, students work individually or in duos, ensuring focused preparation and confidence in solo performance. Yes. Lessons are charged at the beginning of each month and secure
your dedicated time slot. As such, fees remain payable whether or
not a lesson is attended.
Examination fees are set externally and are not included in lesson fees.
Exam fees are payable in advance, and students must be entered for
examinations at least six weeks prior to the exam date. Please note
that exact exam time slots are typically released approximately
14 days in advance and cannot be confirmed earlier.
Payments are typically made via bank transfer. Alternative Arrangements can be discussed if required.
Yes. We require one full month’s notice for any cancellations or changes to your lesson schedule.

In-person lessons are 60 minutes in duration. Online lessons are
available in 15- or 30-minute sessions, depending on the student’s individual needs, level, and focus.
